Greengables
This 16000 sq. foot property is constructed over four floors with full basement and swimming pool. Engineered by Sharpe Topping and constructed by high quality house builders Beresford & Curbishley, this project is due for completion Summer 2009.
Kent Road, Harrogate
New apartments by developer Jim Mossman, Architecture by Steve Peach and engineering by Sharpe Topping. The roof structure of this apartment block was opened up to create additional floor space for a top quality apartment with balcony overlooking the golf course.
JMS Cricket
This industrial unit and sports warehouse was engineered by Sharpe Topping in 2008 on a difficult sloping site in Keighley. Repairs to an existing retaining structure were carried out along with a new build unit and steel framed extension to the existing car park.
