This new build car showroom project was completed Autumn 2008, amongst a number of similar developments on St. James Retail Park, Knaresborough. Sharpe Topping engineered this building and others on the retail park.
Roll-tec, Heysham
This new build industrial unit is now successfully completed and comprised a 35m span portal framed building, completed on a Design and Build basis.
Copper Dragon Brewery - Skipton
This substantial new build brewery was engineered by Sharpe Topping in 2008. Sited on the Snaygill Industrial Estate in Skipton, sloping and adverse ground conditions were engineered out with retaining structures and sprung foundations.
